Interview Question for Virtual Assistant for:
1. When your inbox is full, how do you decide which emails to react to first?
Example: “To obtain a basic picture of what I’m dealing with, I’d quickly scan the subject lines and senders for each email. Then, I’d think about any current projects or forthcoming deadlines that demand the greatest attention and sort the emails by which are time-sensitive and which can wait. I react to communications with shorter deadlines first based on that information.”
2. What should you do when a client’s needs are poorly expressed?
Example: “As your virtual assistant, I think it’s critical to anticipate your requirements as well as those of your clients and your company as a whole. I can immediately pinpoint the root of the client’s problems and their future needs after learning a little bit about your clients.
In this situation, I would speak with them to learn more about the problems they are experiencing and to choose the best course of action.”
3. Describe what you would do if your laptop crashed while you were carrying out your job.
Example: “I would switch to a tablet or smartphone when my laptop crashed and try to fix it while doing so. Additionally, I’d make sure that all the data I require is backed up on a different machine. I would continue working on one of the other devices if it didn’t appear that my laptop would start up again in time to make the deadline.”
4. Briefly Describe Your Experience
As soon as I had my diploma, I started working on side projects to prove that I had previous professional experience. I’ve dealt with bookkeeping, internet research, database administration and entry, and more in the past, therefore I have experience and skill in those areas.
In the same vein, I’m also good at managing schedules, taking calls, and doing my job of replying to official correspondence. Purdue Pharma gave me my first permanent job. After a few years of working at Purdue Pharma, where I had contacts with organizations like Uber and Glasnost, I began freelancing.
5. Mention A Strategy And Mindset Required For This Job
I believe that in order to do this job well, one must learn to be attentive and sensitive to the demands of the client. I did just that throughout my entire time working as a virtual assistant by making the most of my interpersonal qualities. In order to ensure that my clients feel important and at ease working with me, this was another aspect of my plan.
