Software Testing Jobs in Switzerland, As a team member of an agile scrum team in our innovative IoT Lab composed of 3 scrum teams, you will be the referent for the scrum team regarding quality assurance.

With your competencies, and in collaboration with your pairs of other scrum teams, you will consolidate and maintain the global test strategy, the test framework, and the feature test coverage, and ensure its proper execution in the scrum team you belong to.

Main Responsibilities

  • Promote the best practices and test maintainability within the scrum team.
  • Build a global quality strategy and standard with your 2 pairs (2 nearshored scrum teams).
  • Coach the team in defining the acceptance criteria related to the test coverage and enforce a culture of the developer/tester.
  • Support the Product owners in verifying the acceptance criteria related to the test before the closure of features.
  • Implement/maintain the test framework with your pair and other team members.
  • Implement/maintain some automated test scenarios with other team members
  • Perform regularly random smoke tests during development
  • Ensure proper manual testing

Your professional experience

  • Proven experience in using testing frameworks such as unit (C#) and jest, karma, and cypress (Angular).
  • Proven experience designing and maintaining various types of tests such as integration tests, performance tests, and robustness tests.
  • Used to agile and DevOps practice, with CI &CD approach.
  • Experience with Cloud “native” platforms (Microsoft Azure, possibly AWS) and serverless concepts is a definite plus.
  • Experience with Linux, bash, and container technologies such as Docker (PowerShell a plus).
  • Ability to explain complex technical topics to non-specialists.

Your education and languages capabilities
  • B.S. degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems.
