The Melia Paris Villa Marquis, a **** boutique hotel recently renovated and located in the Parisian golden triangle, is looking for its future talent as Restaurant Manager – Restaurant Manager H/F to complete the team of its unique restaurant with Franco-Spanish inspiration, Dos Almas.

You will be the guarantor of the Customer Experience by offering a unique and personalized service and will ensure the proper organization of this point of sale.

The Main Missions:

  • Check the set-up before the start of the service and ensure its proper presentation
  • Facilitate service briefings and debriefings
  • Supervise the activity of the Restaurant while being able to intervene at each stage of the service
  • Welcoming and ensuring the proper care of the customer
  • Listen to the customer and respond to their expectations, manage the resolution of any customer complaints
  • Maintain an excellent relationship with the client (discretion, advice, loyalty) and ensure their satisfaction
  • Check checkout returns, open and close the service
  • Ensure the smooth running of events organized in the restaurant and welcome customers/groups
  • Manage the supply, stocks, and inventories of the Restaurant
  • Place orders, manage supplier relationships, and verify invoicing
  • Manage and optimize the operational costs of the Restaurant
  • Participate in updating the restaurant’s menus and be a force for proposal
  • Ensure the proper integration of new employees, train them and develop their skills in the professional techniques of
  • the Restaurant (additional sales, food, and wine agreements…)
  • Lead, supervise and manage Restaurant employees
  • Organize the work of the Restaurant team (development and follow-up of schedules, management of temporary staff)
  • Analyze the results of the Restaurant and implement corrective actions if necessary (establishment of internal
  • procedures…)
  • Develop the Restaurant’s turnover thanks to additional sales techniques
  • Contribute to the promotion of the Restaurant and to customer loyalty, be a force for proposal on commercial and
  • promotional offers
  • Actively participate in the implementation of various projects for the Restaurant
  • Ensure compliance with all service and brand standards
  • Ensure the cleanliness of workspaces and comply with HACCP hygiene and safety standards

The profile we are looking for:

  • You have previous successful experience in a similar position (in Team Management and in catering)
  • You are fluent in French and fluent in English. Knowledge of Spanish is appreciated
  • You master inventory and cost management
  • You have an excellent presentation and have an innate sense of customer relations and service
  • You are organized and have good communication skills
