Position overview And Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business partners to understand opportunities.
  • Collaboratively define requirements, perform analysis, design, test, and implement solutions.
  • Revise business processes to maximize value from technical capabilities. Practice Agile project management skills by leading cross-functional teams in the design, development, and execution of business plan strategies.
  • Create and manage user stories for development
  • Creates and updates author guides
  • Troubleshoot applications to identify performance, data integrity, communication, and functionality problems.
  • Execute and collaborate on the digital strategy set by the brand teams, business stakeholders, and agency partners
  • Collaborate across technical, creative, strategy, and business teams to deliver UX/UI projects and content publishing for highly trafficked consumer-facing websites
  • Plan and maintain project schedules with all members of the project
  • Works closely with the QA team to add testing steps to stories and performs bug triage and prioritization
  • Keep all parties updated on the status of both design-heavy and very technical projects
  • Highlight risks and issues early in the project life-cycle and develop creative mitigation strategies

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or relevant digital experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Preferred Majors: Computer Science, MIS
  • Have the ability to translate very technical terminology to non-digital stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills: Be highly organized to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to a high standard while keeping all parties updated
  • Positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Self-driven and operates with a learning mindset
  • General understanding of web design, UX/UI, HTML, CSS, and a CMS such as Sitecore
  • A commitment to quality, doing things the right way through the right channels
  • Good problem-solving skills, bias for action, decisive, and strong time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or relevant digital experience
  • Experience working on a Fortune 500 consumer-facing website
  • Experience with marketing automation tools
  • Be comfortable managing a range of different projects with a wide range of stakeholders – including front-end and back-end development
  • Ability to lead change, build partnerships, and learn quickly
