Responsibility for Getting Receptionist Jobs Canada for Indians:

  • Be a part of the billing team – answer client calls regarding payments.
  • Control the flow of walk-in customers and callers.
  • Ensure the needs of customers are being met through superior customer service.
  • Process new business and renewals – entry and activation, data entry, and review incoming paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Process endorsements, cancellations, banking changes, and change payment plans.
  • Verify proper coverage and billing.
  • Process customer payments, bank deposits, petty cash management, and account coding.
  • Monitor and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and couriers.
  • Ensure EPIC system & company portals are updated consistently.

Skills for Getting Jobs in Canada for Indian Receptionists:

  • High School and/or Post-Secondary Education.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in an office environment.
  • Computer skills – Keyboarding and MS Office.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exposure to Epic is an asset.
  • Excellent customer service skills and adept in conflict resolution.
  • Priority will be given to the candidate with previous experience working in a brokerage or insurance industry.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and credit check preferred.
