Responsibility for Getting Project Manager Job in Foreigners:
Provide project management services for Marketing Support teams within the Philanthropy Division.
Assist in the running of daily scrums with the Creative Services and Donor Impact Team.
Probe level 1 projects, assessing requests for completeness and, where required, following up with requestors for more information before project kick-off.
Manage the project intake system for the Creative Services and Donor Impacts team, keeping detailed records of requests from internal teams – report on project health and resource utilization.
Create and coordinate work-back schedules with clients, resources, and stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered within the required timelines.
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis and ensure adequate participation in all phases of the project to ensure project success.
Help source new freelancers and vendors, and work with freelance and agency partners to coordinate resources and deadlines.
Conduct post-mortems at the end of a project. Document the learnings and ensure they are communicated and used to help improve future process flows.
Train stakeholders on how to write effective briefs, how to give productive feedback, and how to secure approvals efficiently.
Create or update training documentation for popular in-house project management and communication platforms and facilitate training sessions with channel teams and department coordinators in partnership with Marketing Services.
Skills for Getting Work From Home Project Manager Jobs in Canada:
Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2-4 years of project management experience.
Fluency in English.
Highly computer literate in Microsoft suite of applications and strong familiarity with Project Management software such as Smartsheet, Jira, and Microsoft Project.
Strong financial and analytical capability.
Most of the work is performed in an office or remote environment which is most comfortable.
Travel may be required for meetings and training purposes. This position may require working non-traditional hours, especially during times of disaster or appeals.
