As the Poultry Feed Specialist, you will be responsible for expanding our New-Life Mill’s market share in feed sales by prospecting and developing new customers. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this fast-paced role will be responsible for fostering and developing customer relationships.

Responsibility for Getting Poultry Specialist Job in Canada for Foreigners:
Generate profitable business agreements for New-Life Mills at large.
Work with producers to create viable solutions for their business needs.
Identify and monitor the reoccurrence of business needs to determine trends and rising business opportunities.
Promote the programs and services offered by New-Life Mills in a manner that highlights the benefits to the producer.
Maintained contact with customers and manage their service needs, and completed reporting requirements as needed.
Developing budgets, forecasts, and strategies to meet sales targets.
Ensure regular communication with the supervisor, production, nutrition, and accounting support.
Create customer plans, and weekly sales plans and efficiently create new weekly call planners and call sheet reports.
Ensure agreements are always compliant with NLM policy.
Work with other business areas and departments, as required.
Develop relationships with industry partners.
Agriculture Related Education
Skills for Getting Agriculture Jobs in Canada with Visa Sponsorship
Agriculture-related education or equivalent experience is considered an asset.
Self-motivated individual with a strong commitment to delivering quality service.
Thorough knowledge of the poultry industry along with experience in providing modern, effective solutions for the producers in the area.
Experience in feed sales would be considered an asset.
Experience in poultry husbandry practices would be considered an asset.
Effective team player with strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills with a desire to learn.
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and must be bilingual in French and English.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel most of the time.
