About our Bank 

Part Time Jobs in London for Students with No Experience 2022/23, We are currently seeking compassionate, caring and committed individuals to join our Bank to provide care and support to our residents and learners.

You will assist individuals with all aspects of their day-to-day lives, including personal care, leisure activities, domestic duties, administering prescribed medication alongside developing life skills whilst promoting independence.

About You 

You don’t need experience in care to join us but you do need to be dedicated, motivated, caring and passionate about people.  We care more about you sharing and demonstrating our values and commitment to enable our residents to live their lives as independently as possible in our well-equipped on-site bungalows.

We will give you all the training and support you need, such as helping you achieve fully funded qualifications in Adult Care or Residential Child Care (RQF 2 & RQF 3).

You will be supported by St Elizabeth’s to make a difference by not only providing personal care to the people we support but assisting them to take part in a wide range of activities, including arts and crafts, swimming and gardening as a form of therapy.

Through our bank scheme, shifts (7:15 am– 2:45 pm and 2:15 pm – 9:45 pm) are offered according to service needs. Bank scheme members are free to take up or decline each shift offered. Please be aware that there are no guaranteed hours of work as a bank employee.
