  • Responsible for scaling customer success and driving consumption acceleration for Business Applications through the use of global programs and actions for EMEA.
  • Coach Business Application CSM Managers & CSMs to be successful in executing their consumption engagements, i.e., projects, and the milestones within, through operational excellence, landing capability, and setting high process standards.
  • Drive for quality in customer engagements as evidenced by CSM role impact, adoption and usage impact, customer health management, and renewals health.
  • Identify and share key customer insights and feedback through sponsorship of accounts and customer CAB.
  • Actively engage in established scrum processes to unblock customer issues.
  • Stay aligned with key time zone stakeholders including the Business Application Regional Business Leadership, CSU (Customer Success Units) Leaders, STU leaders, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and other associated roles/functions.
  • Provide depth of field performance insight, and best practices, and champion recommendations for course correction back to corporate teams.

  • 10-15 years of professional experience including business management, offering/product strategy, marketing, sales, services, technology implementation, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of Business Applications (D365) portfolio of products and/or competitive CRM/ERP solutions. Dynamics 365 certification desired.
  • Understanding of business transformation, and how Microsoft Business Application solutions can enable this, including at the technical level.
  • Digital transformation experience with large and complex customers, or industry experience and its functional knowledge.
  • Ability to identify key insights by industry and leverage those to impact the way Microsoft works, enables the field and goes to market.
  • Proven track record in coaching and enabling teams to successfully achieve results.
  • Effective communication and field program execution skills, with the ability to energize others.
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to align various stakeholders on common goals for customers.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience required, MBA strongly preferred.
  • Preference for global experience.
