The opportunity…

As a Candidate Experience Advisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day resource management for our Corporate business. You will have the opportunity to build a better recruitment journey for our candidates to ensure they receive an exceptional experience from start to finish.
 
You’ll work closely with the Talent Attraction Partners to source direct applicants, pipeline, screen and arrange interviews across all of our Corporate functions. This is a new exciting role where you have the opportunity to build a great candidate experience program.

What Will My Accountabilities Be…

  • Managing the end-to-end candidate experience program from the application stage to onboarding.
  • Maintaining best practices and providing exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment process by giving timely updates and professional communication to all parties
  • Collect candidate feedback and look at ways of improving our candidate experience
  • Designing and managing multi-channel attraction activities aligned to internal resourcing plans (direct channels, internal mobility, agency suppliers, ‘social’ campaigns, etc.)
  • Writing engaging Job Descriptions that attract a balanced pool of diverse candidates
  • Proactively source direct candidates and build candidate pools.
  • Selecting candidates based upon skill, and cultural and motivational add
  • Utilizing a behavioral-based approach and screening criteria
  • Being an advocate of the Company D, E&I strategy providing balanced and diverse long and short-lists
  • Ensuring recruitment processes are inclusive, fair, consistent, and without bias
  • Regretting and progressing applicants, arranging interviews and assessments
  • Ensuring processes are in place to effectively onboard candidates, and proactively involved throughout the first year
  • Assist in the design and running of new starter inductions.
  • Completing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) administration and maintenance (back and front end)
  • Producing offers letters, contracts, and onboarding packs (complete regular reviews)
  • Handling complex and day-to-day inquiries from internal/external candidates and customers
  • Proactively supporting the Talent Attraction Partners.

What Background Do I Need To Have…

  • In-house recruitment experience in a corporate environment preferred
  • Passion for providing the best candidate experience
  • Experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, being highly organized, and being an effective planner
  • High personal standards of integrity and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and strong knowledge of technology (i.e. Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Skilled LinkedIn Recruiter user, practiced at headhunting active and passive candidates
  • Self-motivated team player who can show initiative
  • A flexible and organized approach to the role and changing deadlines
  • Professional approach to dealing with internal and external customers
  • Data led mindset, uses insights to evaluate processes and make informed decisions
