As a member of the eCommerce Merchandising team, you will help run the day-to-day operations of the eComm Homepage Team at CTR and focus on the development and strategy direction for the Canadian Tire website as eCommerce continues to grow at a rapid pace.

The analyst on the team is responsible for weekly briefings, seasonal changeover landing pages, and data analytics summarizing the performance of our various pages.

What You’ll Do 

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for delivering sales, generating innovative changes to the website, ensuring alignment between all CTR marketing campaigns, and developing a winning strategy for the future.

This role will require collaboration amongst several cross-functional stakeholders to integrate marketing plans, improve processes and streamline executions. As the website transitions to the new ODP platform, you will be involved in the transition from the old site to the new one.

  • Brief creative teams for the weekly website orientation
  • Work cross-functionally with the collective CTR marketing group
  • Quality check homepage (pre-publish and post-publish) and resolve identified issues with appropriate stakeholders
  • Generate SKU lists for Home Page and eFlyer Planning
  • Check Weekly In-Stock Reporting for Homepage SKUs
  • Boosting products for the Homepage
  • Assist with reporting on homepage performance
  • Provide insights on the competitive analysis
  • Support ad hoc execution and deep dive requests
