Job Summary:

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Following dynamics when handling different topics.
  • Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, and providing solutions.
  • Seize opportunities to take up new opportunities and responsibilities.
  • Ability to work as a team and lead up-front.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Qualification : Any Degree/ intermediate
  • Languages: English with any Regional Language ( Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi ).
  • Experience : 0 – 1 Years Experience
  • Location: Horamavu, Banaswadi Ring Road
