Internal Mobility Partner – 1 year FTC

What to Expect

The Internal Mobility Partner will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional candidate experience throughout the Tesla employee’s recruitment journey. Your role will be extremely important to enhance recruiter KPIs and support several stakeholders such as; HR, employees, Talent Development, the wider Tesla business, and many others.

You will collaborate closely with Recruiting Partners to ensure continual knowledge sharing, process improvements, and day-to-day BAU recruiting tasks.

You will be expected to have exceptional organizational skills as you will be continually multitasking and wearing many hats at any given time. The Internal Mobility team must have a positive and helpful attitude.

What You’ll Do

  • Data & Process Integrity, always.
  • EMEA Internal Recruiting – from point of employee application to candidate started.
  • Working to SLAs.
  • Dealing with multiple and sometimes complex queries, at one time.
  • EMEA Eligibility Checks.
  • Influencing and compromising with partners and stakeholders.
  • Managing relocation & immigration cases where necessary.
  • Provide a best-in-class candidate journey for employees at Tesla – always going above and beyond to give a memorable experience.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • Working with the ATS.
  • Involved in team Projects when necessary and be an advocate in projects aimed towards enhancing our candidate experience.
  • Communication with candidates and stakeholders is clear and concise, i.e., sending all comms within a timely manner with all the necessary attachments.
  • Demonstrates in verbal and written communication that you are a professional brand ambassador.
  • Sharing improved ways of working.
  • Shared Inbox management.
