Position Overview

Job Title: Technology Service Analyst, AVP

Location: Mumbai, India

Role Description

  • Team to liaise with business/users on all issues and requirements and carry out 1st level of analysis on the requirements/issues along with L2 support teams (TDI teams)
  • Carry out testing of all system product functionalities and revert to users with feasibility and applicability and take it forward till implementation
  • Manage all system parameters and backend update requests for users as per the process
  • Provide support to L2 teams for eod, month end, quarter end, and yearend activities
  • Application ownership (BISO-Business information security owner) and ID management-related activities for all IPB applications
  • Service request/Complaint and query management across IPB India applications with support from Agile teams and L2 support teams
  • Vendor management and audit management
  • Support adhoc DR and TRC projects with thorough testing

Your Key Responsibilities

  • SPOC for all user queries, issues, and system requirements
  • 1st level of analysis with support from L2 and vendor teams
  • Ensure the stability of the application by ensuring the RCA for every incident.
  • Support and implement new product functionalities (without any script changes) as required by the Business.
  • Periodic MIS presentation for the senior management at regular intervals
  • Application ownership for all parameters, activities, DR, supporting internal and external audits

Your Skills And Experience

Finacle core banking SME with an experience of 10-12 years. Should have worked in L1 / L2 support teams in Retail applications such as Finacle, Oracle Wealth, Nucleus Loan origination system, Finacle online banking, and Mobile banking app. Good understanding of Finacle application and functions pertaining to Liabilities and Assets
