What will your typical day look like?
The receptionist’s main responsibilities will be to:
- Receive incoming calls and transfer them to the proper department.
- Greet clients and visitors;
- Manage access card requests and follow up as required.
- Complete various administrative tasks as needed.
- The standard work schedule will be from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. Variable schedule depending on needs.
You have the following:
- DEP or DEC in secretarial studies or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a receptionist.
- Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, bilingualism in French and English is required for this position.
- Provide outstanding customer service while respecting the confidentiality of the firm and its clients.
- Have a good command of the Microsoft Office suite and Teams
- Ability to build excellent interpersonal relationships and a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Have a professional attitude.
