Administrative Assistant
YOUR TASKS
- Managing front desk functions such as incoming and outgoing mail invoices and deliveries
- Helping organize efficient processing of company documents/signing/administration
- Filing and archiving, both electronic and hard copy
- Coordination of appointments and meetings
- Meeting room management: booking rooms, greeting visitors, provision of refreshments
- Travel arrangements
- Liaison with outside service providers e.g. cleaners, office goods suppliers
- Assist managers with ad-hoc administrative tasks
OUR EXPECTATIONS
- Experience in office work
- Ability to use MS Office package in practice (in particular Outlook and Excel)
- Accuracy and good organization of work
- Engagement in the duties you perform
- Knowledge of English language (min B1 level)
- Ability to cooperate effectively with others
