It will be a long term role that needs someone who is self motivated as a lot of the time on site you will be left to work under your own supervision with occasional quality check from your manager. You will not be working as part of a large team so extensive knowledge and experience of all things plumbing both 1st and 2nd fix is essential.

What you’ll need to succeed

A strong desire to get work done efficiently to the highest standard while maintaining quick speeds of work as if you get behind on site so does every other tradesperson. Be able to take responsibility for your own actions as if anything goes wrong you need to be able to use initiative in order to amend the problems. You will also need all of your own tools on site as these are not provided.
