As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for travel agencies and consumers, responsible for embodying our client Quality Standards, and ensuring that we deliver on our common purpose of creating perfect vacations that stay with our customers!
Availability To Work On The Following Schedules
- Monday to Friday from 5 am to 6 pm
- Saturday and Sunday from 6 am to 2 pm
- 2 Days off
- Customer care Experience
- Call center experience minimum 6 months
- Tourism-related activities are desirable
- Fluent English skills
- Good grammar skills
- Computer skills
