Human Resources Manager

The role provides a fantastic opportunity to support our managers’ requirements to deliver perfect care. You will be part of the Mental Health Care Divisional HR Team responsible for providing effective proactive HR support and advice related to the operational management of services within the Division.

The post holder will participate in the planning, transformation, engagement, and performance improvement of the workforce, embedding good HR practices across the Trust.

You will also provide support to the Senior HR Business Partner in the delivery of the Workforce plan and will have responsibility for line managing HR Advisors and supporting their professional development. The post holder will participate in the planning, transformation, engagement, and performance improvement of the workforce, embedding good HR practices across the Trust.

A high level of resilience and organizational skills are required to ensure a professional, high-quality, proactive, and efficient HR service.

Confident in your ability to deal with people in all situations and negotiate and influence to reach an agreement whilst demonstrating empathy, you’ll also need to be comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines when managing a large employee relations workload.
