Job Description
The successful Accounts Assistant duties include:
- Prepare month-end reports.
- Credit Control /Sales invoices.
- Updating customer accounts.
- High-volume purchase invoices.
- Credit note approval.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Purchase Ledger duties – ensuring invoices are kept at a minimum and coded correctly.
- Supplier statement queries.
- Audit control.
- Float checks / Petty Cash.
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Finance Assistant MUST
- Have a Finance / Accounts background (ideally in Hotel/Hospitality).
- Be able to work independently / standalone sometimes.
- Able to work effectively and to deadlines.
- Be computer literate.
- Good communication skills.
- Punctual.
- Organized.
