Key Responsibilities
- ㆍNon-face-to-face counseling.
- ㆍProactively proposes solutions to inquiries from customers and partner travel agencies.
- ㆍProvides services to customers and business partners through phone, e-mail, and real-time chatting.
- ㆍUnderstanding the direction of customer service pursued by the company and providing customer support services.
- ㆍThose who can work on shift (schedule).
Key Requirements
- English speaker.
- Preference is given to those with experience in similar tasks and CS counseling.
