Job Description
Position responsible for providing installation, maintenance, and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory/region to assure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Provides prompt and courteous service responses to routine customer inquiries (for Tier I products)
- Performs minor maintenance, repairs, and component replacement at the module level
- Assists in site preparation, including cable installation, staging, and standard testing of equipment
- Maintains parts inventory and related records
- Provides status reports throughout a service
- Diagnose problems – based on the information provided in the assigned call, as well as work with the customer to determine all issues at the site
- Responsible for ownership of customer issues until resolution according to SLA agreements
Develops and applies knowledge of:
- Security procedures
- Service level agreement requirements
- Escalation procedures
- Tools and processes for completing machine repairs
- Organize and plan time effectively
- Complete NCR specific Certifications based on business/district needs and assign LOBs as prescribed by the manager
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Formal vocational or technical certification
- Associate’s Degree preferred
- CompTIA, A+/N+ Certification preferred
Experience Required: 2 years of related experience
