Call Center Jobs in Malaysia for Foreigners



Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issue related to the company’s products Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.

Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and STAR To be successful in this role, the candidates will need to have: Good communication skills (Based on project language requirements).SPM leavers who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply – Full Training is Provided.

Candidates are required to work on rotational shifts. Will be given 1 day off in a week. Working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
