We started another chapter with Apple Arcade, the first-of-its-kind game subscription service for mobile, desktop, and the living room that now features over 200 new and exclusive games, including original releases from renowned creators, greatest hits from the App Store, and timeless classics that everyone can pick up and play.

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketer with an entertainment, gaming, media, tech, or consumer subscription background to join our Marketing team in London to lead our Marketing efforts for the App Store and Arcade for the U.K. and Ireland.

You ensure our marketing programs are carried out to the highest standards and with the maximum effect, focusing on our own, earned and paid channels as key drivers for growth. A large part of the role will also involve leading Marketing Partnerships with key developers across the App Store and Arcade ecosystem.

Key Qualifications

  • Extensive Subscription, Content, or Entertainment Marketing Experience.
  • Experience leading large-scale marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels including managing media agencies across multiple marketing subject areas.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and build a compelling story using data and insights.
  • Deep knowledge of current performance marketing tools, strategies, and trends, and ability to lead coordinated campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Accomplished leading both acquisition and engagement partner marketing strategies.
  • Experience creating scale programs, tools, and processes to address a variety of Marketing needs.
  • Outstanding ability to influence internal and external teams to drive towards shared success.
  • Ability to work towards tight deadlines, with proven experience working on complex, large-scale, time-critical projects.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), the ability to deliver compelling presentations, and the ability to build strong ties with partners across multiple countries.
  • Hands-on attitude and excellent attention to the detail


As the App Store & Arcade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of high-impact Marketing campaigns and partnerships with developers and other third-party partners.

This will be on an always-on and project basis. You will collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, including International and Global Marketing, Business Development, MarCom, Business Managers, Editors, Operations, and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and delivered on time. Internally, this means working cross-functionally with colleagues across Apple Services Marketing, Business Development, and MarCom teams to deliver world-class activations and creativity.

You will build innovative and compelling executions that break into the culture and earn attention. Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to drive acquisition, conversion, and engagement through marketing campaigns across Apple-owned and paid media platforms and third-party partnerships.

You will also be responsible for the following:

  • Monitor results across campaigns, communicate digestible insights on a regular basis and share findings to help the development of the program.
  • Analyse results to find opportunities and develop communication strategies based on customer insights.
  • Drive business growth through acquisition, user engagement, and churn reduction.
  • Design, implement, track and optimize user flows across platforms and channels.
  • Collaborate with a broad range of teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and delivered flawlessly.
  • Finally, the successful candidate will be a driven, creative, and effective marketer with a strategic view toward the growth of the Apple subscription services
