What will your tasks be?
- Excel in discovering needs and developing solutions to provide commercial clients with advice for their day-to-day banking operations.
- Work in partnership with account managers to identify, plan and deliver the best solutions to customers and prospects based on a solid knowledge of customer operational requirements.
- Participate in ongoing contact programs to build strong customer relationships by staying in touch, providing value-added service and helpful advice.
What you need to succeed
Essential Skills
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated excellence in a service and sales role.
- Proven track record of strong relationship management skills and proven sales success.
- Experience with communications and emerging technologies (i.e. web meetings, social media, digital banking and mobile apps).
- The incumbent of this position must be fluent in French and English in order to serve RBC’s French and English-speaking clients to support the different markets.
- The incumbent of this position must be fluent in English in order to serve English-speaking customers in the community.
Desired skills
- Post-secondary education at the college or university level in business administration or financial management preferred, BAA, B.Comm. or equivalent on-the-job training
