Job Description

Michael Ghorbanian, a well established & award-winning real estate broker is looking for an enthusiastic part-time Administrative Assistant who would be supporting him with his daily tasks such as:

  • Preparing draft forms, contracts, signing packages, listings
  • Answering emails, calls, inquiries
  • Organizing open houses, visits, and appointments
  • Filing documents, Datasheets & zipped folders to submit to the agency
  • Registering / Book keeping the transactions and expenses
  • Posting Listing on social Media + marketing
  • Following up with invoices & payments

Qualifications

  • College or university degree (Ideal for second-year university students)
  • Bilingual (English & French)
  • Organized
  • Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
  • Good Math/accounting knowledge
  • Experience in customer service
  • Marketing/sales knowledge or experience
  • Positive and motivated attitude
