Customer Service Agent (osa-aikainen), F-Secure, Helsinki

As F-Secure’s Customer Service Agent, you will be part of the customer service team working at the Ruoholahti office, which serves consumer customers with questions related to F-Secure’s products or internet security. Your work shifts are on Mondays due to peak traffic, and you can also work on other weekdays if you wish (working hours 7.5–15 h/week). So we hope you will be able to commit to working every Monday.

Work task

• Advising consumer customers in the telephone service regarding F-Secure products and internet security.
• If necessary, customer service in the chat and forum service.
• Collecting and analyzing data about problem situations.
• The person we’re looking for has.
• Customer service-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
• The ability to absorb new things quickly and the desire to do routine work.
• Good IT skills and an interest in the F-Secure industry.
• Fluent oral and written Finnish and Swedish language skills and good English language skills.
