Responsibility for Tesla Jobs Near Me:

  • Support day-to-day EHS operations in Tesla’s Technology Development / R&D organization.
  • Perform technical duties in the fields of safety, environmental, fire protection, industrial hygiene, and/or chemical health / hazardous waste.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor to coach Tesla personnel toward safer behaviors and self-sufficient safety problem-solving.
  • Deliver EHS training and maintain training records.
  • Support incident investigations, corrective action follow-up, and incident documentation.
  • Monitor email traffic and respond to EHS concerns (in person and in writing).
  • Perform Job Safety Assessments and help develop Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections and input data gathered into spreadsheets/databases.
  • Create and install EHS signage.
  • Coordinate delivery of PPE, and coordinate installation of facilities safety supplies (first aid kits, eye wash stations, etc.).
  • Create and update evacuation maps and maps of safety and emergency response equipment/supplies.
  • Build/repair tooling and equipment that support day-to-day health and safety operations.
  • Management of Haz Waste program.
  • Entry of site data to CUPA Certified Unified Program Agency.
  • Monitoring of Strom water program.
  • Equipment Safety Reviews.
  • Environmental audits.

  • Has completed equipment safety reviews.
  • Previous experience with ISO Environmental and Safety management systems.
