Qualification Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or Organizational Behavior Responsibility for Getting a Delivery Manager Job in Canada for Indians:
  • Handling service delivery of the HR shared services team, focused on Service delivery excellence and including improvement of HR Procedures and HR data management.
  • Providing HR case management services and support to clients who include HR Business Partners and line managers and be measured against KPIs.
  • Creating a pleasant working environment through employee relations activities, committees, and communication and act as a point of contact to global employees.
  • Forwarding planning of resources by assessing whether the HR team is properly resourced both in terms of professional and support staff at all times
  • Developing and implementing consistent global practices to deliver best-practice transactional and operational HR services to the business.
  • Training, coaching, developing, and leading the regional teams within the global Shared Service team.
  • Managing the global HR Shared Services Project Plan.
  • Such other functions or projects may be determined from time to time by the Director of HR Operations.

Requirements for Getting HR Jobs in Canada for Foreigners:

The ideal candidate should:

  • 5+ years of directly related work experience in an HR environment capacity, providing direct support to front-line. employees and people leaders with proven ability to foster an environment of positive employee engagement and trust.
  • Experience with Benefits related activities within a Shared Services environment an asset.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other leading Case management systems is an asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or a related field.

Key skills for this role are as follows:

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills; effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, ability to prioritize conflicting demands to deliver consistent results.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of HR systems and their application to advance the efficiency of HR operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to influence and build relationships in a diverse environment (English & French preferred).
  • Attention to detail, professionalism, and a team-first mentality.
  • Advanced knowledge of all Windows applications.
