  • Partner with sales and clients to establish a technical plan to accomplish joint business plans and improve the client’s digital maturity.
  • Be the default trusted technical advisor for the customer(s) and internal stakeholders, and propose technical solutions for their business challenges serving as a technical consultant, leader, and visionary, seen both internally and externally as a collaborative and inclusive thought partner.
  • Oversee complex global, multi-product projects acting as the project manager and overseeing deadlines, risks, communication, and removing roadblocks amongst other things.
  • Lead through informal authority among gTech teams and cross-functional partners, providing consulting services focused on achieving business goals through the use of technology,
  • Have the ability to speak the client’s language and represent gTech in client conversations, know the client’s problems and proactively suggest solutions and services that gTech can offer.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience working in digital advertising or analytics.
  • 5 years of experience in management consulting, sales, or marketing at an agency, on a customer-side marketing team, or in a technology or media company.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and scale effectively across a large organization and highly distributed team.
  • Ability to speak a client’s industry language and understand their business and technical constraints.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt your message to both technical and business audiences.
  • Solid emotional intelligence that enables close working relationships with key leaders in global companies.
