We are looking for people to join our team of Customer Care Representatives, who together provide advice, services, and solutions for our Customers. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be providing outstanding service through our voice, chat and email customer contact channels, depending on where your communication strengths lie.

You will join FedEx on our frontline team which is the first point of contact for our customers. Through our commitment to you, we can progress your career to our dedicated services which involve providing tailored Customer Care to our larger customers.

Our Care Centres are open from 7 am to 7.30 pm and hours can be discussed. This position advertised is for shifts working Monday to Friday 8 am to Midday with rotational Saturdays. Should you work a Saturday, a lieu day will be given on one of your weekdays.

We operate a Hybrid working policy, where team members have the opportunity to combine the benefits of working some days in the Care Centre environment and some days working from home.

Details can be discussed at the interview. If successful and offered a position, you will be required to work full-time 8.30 am – 4.30 pm for the first 2 weeks due to training
