Farm Jobs in USA with Free Visa Sponsorship, Network Technician Internship Objective: This role will work to promote, support, and advance the cooperative business plan on networking and information technology put forth by the VP of Digital Transformation.

The Network Technician Intern will participate in projects and tasks with the IT department to support the needs of Frontier Cooperative and provide day-to-day support for the operation and technical maintenance of the communication network/system.

Our program integrates learning and experiences with practical application and skill development in the workplace. Interns will be provided with a mentor and opportunities in self-leadership training and various workshops when available. Additionally, each intern will identify a project to focus on during his or her time at Frontier, which will be presented to the Senior Leadership Team.

The successful candidate will assist the Information Technology department in maintaining, updating, and troubleshooting the network, system administration, and assisting end-users with technology issues. An internship at Frontier Cooperative will provide a full and realistic view of the work involved in a career in agriculture, specifically at a coop.

Social Security:-

Holidays and Annual Leave:-

Employees who are represented by a labor union may receive more generous vacation time.

Maternity and Paternity Leave:-

Under the Family and Medical Leave Act, employers with fifty (50) or more employees within a seventy-five (75) mile radius is required to provide employees with twelve (12) weeks’ unpaid leave in a 12-month period for the birth or placement of a child. Some state laws provide for maternity leave for employees who are not covered under the FMLA.

In addition, several states provide workers with partial pay during parental leave and in general, it seems there is a trend toward state family leave laws.

Sickness and Disability Leave:-

Employees may be entitled to unpaid sick leave under the FMLA, which allows eligible employees to take up to twelve (12) weeks’ unpaid medical leave in a 12-month period for a serious health condition that prevents the employee from performing the functions of his or her job.

Though there is no national law guaranteeing paid sick leave, a number of states, counties, and cities require employers doing business within their boundaries to offer paid sick leave. Further, employers must offer paid sick leave to employees working on certain federal contracts.
