Responsibility

  • Support the Creative Team in production activities, including creating layouts/templates, building social and digital assets across channels, placing or cropping images, retouching or image compression, and slicing or conversion of files across multiple programs (web/mobile/print).
  • Partner with Designers to understand creative intent and how to best implement it across all project components.
  • Partner with Content Managers to understand digital capabilities and requirements.
  • Work within a continuous improvement operating model with the ability to identify and facilitate improvements and efficiencies across production work and processes.
  • Prepare final brand assets for global distribution including logos, illustrations, icons, patterns, and other artwork
· Use various tools in order to track, publish, distribute, archive, and review assets.
  • Apply broad knowledge of production skills, project workflows, and file/asset management, to handle assigned projects with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure all projects are completed within identified timelines and budgets
· Enhance team knowledge of best practices in file creation and production.

Basic Qualification & Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in a Production Designer role with a focus on digital work.
  • Mastery of Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite—specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop—on Mac OS
  • Work samples online or as PDF, including digital-focused projects which demonstrate a dedication to high quality and production.
  • In-depth knowledge of design and UI/UX terminology.
  • Experience working in Contentful and Shopify-based e-commerce sites is a plus.

Preferred Qualification & Skills:

  • Ability to follow style guides and execute on-brand digital assets across channels.
  • Ability to problem solve, support, and collaborate with other team members effectively.
  • Ability to successfully manage own time and prioritize own work.
