Minimum Requirements

A combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
 
Education:  Bachelor’s Degree

  • Program Management
  • Understand general HR practices and processes and how they relate to the role and overall company objectives.
  • Familiarity using HRIS, specifically UKG.
  • Administrative Skills
  • Ability to use MS Office Suite. Proficiency in using HRIS as well as recruiting and onboarding systems.
  • Proficiency in various software including but not limited to – Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Sign.
  • Relationship and Communication
  • Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.

  • Ability to pinpoint the issue, research, analyze, gather data, makes a recommendation, and put them into action

Preferred Requirements

  • Minimum one (1) year of experience supporting a corporate immigration program.
  • Minimum one (1) year of compensation experience.
  • Previous airline experience.

Job Duties

  • Process CBA wage adjustments.
  • Maintain job description library and routes job descriptions for DOT/CHRC/SIDA designation and approvals.
  • Provide pay adjustment-related files to HR Systems and Payroll Department.
  • Document, process, and create standard operating procedures manual handled by this role.
  • Coordinate invoice processing including GL coding and obtaining signature approvals from leadership, and act as liaison with accounting for EFT and check requests and payments.
  • Process Sunshine Foundation requests, and track and reconcile accounts associated with the Foundation.
  • Assist Compensation and Talent Acquisition with the job description repository. Communicate with leadership regarding changes to job descriptions. Researches other sources for common duties, industry standards, and requirements; then recommends revisions, as needed.
  • Maintain version control, in the job description repository, as well as notification to the PubWeb department of any changes to the manager and above-level jobs.
  • Liaise with and research business contacts and vendors as needed.
  • Maintain electronic and physical document filing system and is the designated file custodian.
  • Prepares PowerPoint presentations as needed.
  • Ensure company compliance with immigration regulations.
  • Collect and verify all required documentation and ensure paperwork is accurately completed and submitted on time.
  • Process visas and immigration applications and track application progress.
  • Engage with immigration attorneys as needed.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Office – While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs.
 
May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature, and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
