WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Maintain client documents and review client contracts and budgets to assess if pricing guidelines are met and to identify business risks
  • Ensure timely invoicing and collection of payments (accounts receivable)
  • Oversee together with our Finance Manager if timesheets comply with local timekeeping policies and process corrections if necessary
  • Complete the weekly review and reporting of work-in-progress, accounts receivable, collections and absorptions to ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Set up and adjust case data in our finance tools
  • Support the preparation of various analyses and reports

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):

  • Completed studies in business administration, finance, or a similar field (HF, FH, Uni) or commercial apprenticeship with further training in accounting and relevant work experience more
  • 2 or more years of relevant work experience in an international environment (preferably in the professional service industry)
  • Fluency in German and English (B2-C1 or higher)
  • Knowledge of principles, procedures, and practices of general accounting
  • Proficiency in MS Office, experience with financial systems and reporting tools (e.g. Oracle or Business Objects) is beneficial

YOU’LL WORK WITH:

You will work within our skilled and dedicated Finance Team. Additionally, you will frequently cooperate with various employees from our Swiss consulting team and international finance & accounting teams.
